Our Story
At CabConfig, we are experts in casework engineering, Computer Aided Drawing, and optimization services for CNC manufacturing. Our team specializes in project bidding, CAD drawing, and CNC output. We are dedicated to providing cabinetry and millwork shops with on-demand engineering and CNC output capabilities for quick and flexible solutions.

In addition CabConfig uses Mozaik Software to perform screen to machine manufacturing. With a set of plans CabConfig can help bid the project, all the way to optimizing for your CNC.

After signup a consultation is scheduled where we import all of your Mozaik parameters, such as construction parameters, report templates, label settings etc. and store them on a shared cloud folder. We then use these parameters to export complete Mozaik files as well as G-Code ready to process.

Don't have these files or need help developing them? CabConfig can handle all Mozaik setup up based on your needs.

In addition CabConfig can provide custom CAD drawings and G-Code based on Vectrics V-Carve Pro software.
THE PROCESS
1.PARAMETER
SETUP
An initial meeting to import your existing Mozaik parameters, or create new ones based off your construction method
2.POST PROCESSOR INTEGRATION
Import your machines POST PROCESSOR and configure output code to your machine.
3.PLAN REVIEW
Receive measurements or plans and begin the drawing and or bidding process. Discuss specific needs I.E. client virtual meetings, revisions etc for your project.
4.OUTPUT
Once your project has been approved you will receive the detailed drawings, assembly sheets, labels, and machine specific G-Code files required to cut and complete your project.
